Job description:
•Develop business strategies, set sales targets and create action plans for the revenue growth in the assigned region.
•Identify, vet and onboard distribution partners aligned with Kingnode’s business vision and culture.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at distribution partners, acting as a business consultant to understand their needs and develop solutions.
•Utilize CRM to track sales activities and provide insightful reports on territory performance to leadership team.
•Managing day-to-day sales operation in the assigned region with a focus on the SIOP process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
•Develop technical knowledge and expertise of Kingnode’s products and solutions.
•Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets while managing the full lead-to-cash process.
•Provide excellent customer service to distribution partners with integrity, passion, responsiveness and leadership.
•Maintain excellent communication with different departments at headquarters to ensure alignment and efficiency in business operations.
•Collect and analyze competitive market intelligence to support decision-making at headquarters.
•Attend industry events and local trade shows as needed to gather product information and generate leads.
