A single logistics production line can handle both light e-commerce parcels and heavy-duty cardboard boxes without needing two separate tape suppliers. For production lines requiring compostable packaging, JLN-3150E replaces the fiberglass with plant-based yarn, allowing direct entry into the recycling process without yarn separation. Recycled paperboards, JLN-3150R and KN-37120R, are made entirely from 100% recycled kraft paper fibers on both sides, while maintaining the fiberglass reinforcement geometry. JLT-609 uses peelable synthetic rubber, leaving no residue for temporary securing of valuable items. JLT-5160 is reinforced with chemical fibers, used in bridge construction for securing reinforcing steel and structural steel; the fiber tape must absorb dynamic loads without breaking. JLT-695 uses acrylic adhesive that is heat-resistant up to 100 degrees Celsius. Synthetic rubber ages under heat in oil-immersed transformer bundling scenarios; this model is designed for continuous high-temperature environments.

Two-way fiber tape distributes the load across two axes. JLW-302A and JLW-2090 are both PET-based, two-way glass fiber reinforced tapes used for heavy-duty bundling and transport packaging, where the bundled object is subjected to multi-directional displacement forces. JLW-396FR uses a PE film base, acrylic adhesive, and glass cloth reinforcement, and is heat-resistant up to 100 degrees Celsius; this is a fire-resistant sealing tape for aviation cargo.

Double-sided fiber tape is used for bonding and temporary fixing. JLW-315 and JLW-316BG use acrylic adhesive with PET release film; they are used to fix panels and other adhesives during sports flooring installation, and then withstand the shear forces of foot traffic. JLW-313A uses synthetic rubber with glassine release paper, covering foam, rubber, non-woven fabrics, and door and window seals in building and automotive interiors.

Equipment selection, like the tape itself, impacts production line efficiency.
